Highland Embers has always found its place at the family table, at picnics in the countryside, at barbecues with friends and at formal dinners where refinement meets flavour. Born in their great grandmother Lillian’s kitchen, it became the recipe her granddaughter Brandon carried forward with devotion, the sauce her children grew up with and the gift she gladly made for any friend who asked. 

Fiona, George and Alastair grew up with Highland Embers at the centre of family meals. They shared it with friends, carried it into their own gatherings and saw how it transformed the ordinary into the extraordinary. Together they decided to begin Glen Willden, a way to honour their greatgrandmother Lillian’s legacy while crafting something new for today. 

Highland Embers is and will always remain the heart and soul of Glen Willden. It is the flavour that connects family, friends and tradition across every table from the everyday to the extraordinary.
